Initial consultation (30 minutes)

The Initial meeting is all to do with getting to know each other. Understanding whether we have the right chemistry and whether it makes sense to work together and overcome challenges.

Mental Performance Consultation (45 miniute session)

Need quick guidance or support? A one-off session is perfect for addressing a specific challenge, preparing for an upcoming competition, or gaining clarity on a mental roadblock. In just one session, we’ll focus on practical strategies tailored to your immediate needs, helping you feel confident, focused, and ready to perform at your best.
