Supporting Athletes and Teams Through Evidence-Based Sport Psychology
Based in Germany and the UK but working together with athletes and teams from Europe, I work with athletes and teams on the psychological aspects of their sport in both a face-to-face capacity and through online sport psychology support.
I hold a BSc and MSc in Applied Sport Psychology and Sport and Exercise Psychology from the UK and currently completing QSEP Stage 2 training with the British Psychological Society. All of my work is informed by scientific research and evidence-based practice.
I am a Sport Psychologist in training, working with athletes, teams, and sporting organisations to support the psychological aspects of performance and wellbeing. My approach is practical and collaborative — focused on one-to-one conversations, clear ideas, and psychological tools (backed by evidence) that can be applied to training and competition.
Since the beginning of 2025, I have been supporting associations, athletes, and teams across a wide range of sport psychology services.
