In sports psychology,

  • Confidence is vital in being able to perform. I can support you through the challenges you are facing, helping you to believe again and setting the foundations of resilience to minimise recurrence

  • Together, we’ll develop strategies to keep you focused, confident, and mentally prepared for a successful return to sport. Ranging from frustration and fear of re-injury to maintaining motivation during recovery. Whether you’re recovering from a recent injury or struggling with setbacks, I’m here to support your journey back to peak performance
